Thank you for shopping at holidayl.com. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns for most items within 90 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items (see Section 4).

2. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

If the item you wish to exchange for is of a lower value, we will refund the price difference.

If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

3. Final Sale Items

The following items are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance or heavily discounted items.

Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Accessories such as socks and hair accessories.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing tags.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at [service@holidayl.com] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and mail it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee

Customer-Paid Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Gift cards.

Final sale items, as described in Section 3.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [service@holidayl.com] within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
